These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Pierre Consulting Inc. ("Pierre Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using fastfundingpierre.com (the "Site") or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Not a Lender; No Guarantee of Funding

Pierre Consulting Inc. is a business finance advisory and brokerage firm. We are not a bank, lender, or MCA provider. We introduce business owners to third-party licensed funders and lenders. Any funding offer, rate, term, or approval is issued solely by the third-party funder and is subject to their underwriting. We make no guarantee that you will be approved or funded, or that any specific amount, rate, or term will be available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S.-based business owner or authorized representative, and legally able to enter contracts on behalf of the business you represent.

3. Information You Provide

You represent that all information you submit is true, accurate, and complete, and that you are authorized to share it. Providing false information may result in denial and may be prosecuted under applicable fraud statutes.

4. Estimates & Pre-Approvals

Any estimated offer range, "pre-approval," match score, or funding calculator output shown on the Site is illustrative only, based on the limited information provided, and does not constitute a commitment to lend or a guarantee of terms. Actual offers require underwriting by a third-party funder and review of bank statements and additional documentation.

5. Communications Consent

By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, and email as described in our Privacy Policy, including via automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
Submit information about a business you are not authorized to represent.
Interfere with, probe, scan, or attempt to breach the Site's security.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data without written permission.
Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or fraudulent content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Pierre Consulting name, logo, copy, layout, graphics, and code — is owned by Pierre Consulting Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. 9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, ESTIMATES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIERRE CONSULTING INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pierre Consulting Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Except for small-claims matters and injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, any dispute between you and Pierre Consulting Inc. will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You and Pierre Consulting Inc. each waive the right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing info@fastfundingpierre.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
